A springtime guest at "Bear's Den" wrote that he and friends were on the back porch, overlooking the pond, and had just finished cooking a steak dinner when it occurred to them that life "simply doesn't get any better than this.' His only complaint, he said, was that the website didn't do justice to the beauty of this place.
