Black Bear Lodge is a luxurious log cabin that was completed in March 2005. It's located near the Carson Creek Area and is just minutes from boat ramps at Broken Bow Lake.
A two-story cabin, Black Bear Lodge features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs includes two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a great room with a rock fireplace. One bedroom has a queen-sized cedar log bed and a television for private viewing. The other bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub unit and also includes a stackable washer and clothes dryer. The kitchen has an oven/range, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and a microwave. The large kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to cook a full meal.

The upstairs boasts a hand-crafted, king-sized cedar bed and a full bathroom.
Black Bear Lodge has a covered porch on two sides. You can enjoy the scenery of large pine trees and hardwoods by soaking in the 5-person hot tub that is located on the covered porch. You can also grill steaks or smoke ribs on the charcoal grill. We provide the grill but you'll need to supply the charcoal.
Local cable is provided for the TVs. All the fresh linens and towels are provided.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside either.

 

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges. Rates (Sleeps 7 - Maximum Occupancy) Weekdays: Sunday-Thursday: $225.00 per night Friday - Saturday/Holidays: $250.00 per night
