Broken Boot Lodge is a spacious cabin built with multiple families in mind. Construction was completed in May 2005. It's on US 259 A, the southern entrance to Beavers Bend State Park.
A two-story cabin, Broken Boot Lodge features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The downstairs includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with bar stools and a great room with panoramic windows and a rock fireplace. All of the beds are king-sized. The kitchen has an oven/range, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and a microwave. The large kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to cook a full meal.

The upstairs includes two king-sized cedar beds and a full bathroom. Each bed is in a separate bedroom.

Broken Boot Lodge has a covered porch on two sides. You can enjoy the scenery of large oak, hickory and pine trees from the deck oor the hot tub, which is located outside. You can also grill steaks or hamburgers on the charcoal grill.

Local cable is provided for the TVs. All the fresh linens and towels are provided.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside either.

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges. Rates (Sleeps 12 - Maximum Occupancy) Weekdays: Sunday-Thursday: $415.00 per night Friday - Saturday/Holidays: $430.00 per night
