Chautauqua is the ultimate getaway for those who appreciate the finest in architecture and nature. Chautauqua is located near the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and is a ten minute drive to Broken Bow Lake. Situated on two wooded acres and overlooking a stocked pond, it feels like many miles to civilization. Chautauqua is a spacious cabin designed and furnished with comfort and class in mind. You'll fall in love with Chautauqua the minute you arrive and set foot on the natural stone floor. It is a two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom cabin spanning approximately 2000 sq ft. With a loft and a futon, the cabin can accommodate up to six people. Enjoy views of the stars or the setting sun over the pond from the deck. Chatauqua has 30 windows, providing guests with tremendous views of the forest. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, half bathroom, dining room, great room with rock fireplace, king-sized bed in master bedroom and a master bathroom with a separate shower and antique clawfoot tub. The second floor includes a queen-sized bed in a private bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a spacious loft with a futon that can sleep two people. Enjoy views of the pond from a 5-person hot tub located under a covered portion of the deck. Amenities include stained glass, pine flooring, central heat/air, charcoal grill, fire pit, towels linens, laundry room, 3 tv's, wood provided, movies, games, books, If you are bringing a boat to Chautauqua and not docking it at the marine, you'll need a four-wheel drive vehicle to pull it up the hill. No smoking or pets allowed.

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges. Rates (Sleeps 6 -Maximum Occupancy) Everyday: $295.00 per night
