Policies *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
