Hillside Lodge is a two-story cabin perched on the side of a hill, with a grand view of the forest to the west. It's located on a 2 acre lot in Southern Hills, a new devolpment located near U.S. 259 A - the southern entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. It can accomodate up to 12 people comfortably and has two additional bedspaces with its two daybeds located on the screened-in deck.

Hillside Lodge features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom downstairs. The attached bathroom has a corner bath tub and a serperate walk-in shower.The upstairs boasts three bedrooms. One is set up for kids, with two sets of twin bunk beds (can sleep four total). The kitchen was designed with the cook in mind. It has vast amounts of preparation room on the counters. The oven/range is located in the island. The kitchen includes all the utensils, plus a dishwasher and refrigerator. You'll enjoy unobstructed views of the stars from Hillside Lodge's elevated deck, which faces west. The three other sides of Hillside Lodge have a covered deck. Catch a nap outside or stay the night in the screened-in porch. A large charcoal grill is provided, but you will need to bring the charcoal. Construction on this spectacular cabin was completed in late July, 2005. All the fresh linens and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed either.

 

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
