So,why stay in typical lodging, when you can experience the privacy and harmony of this newly constructed seculded Oklahoma cottage. Located minutes from Beavers Bend Resort Park, just North of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, this 1100 square foot cabin along with a 640 square foot trilevel deck and 400 gallon hot tub create a perfect weekend getaway, holiday stay, or summer vacation. The cabin is nestled among the pines and hardwoods found in the Ouachita National Forest, with the sounds of nature and whispering pines abound. The cabin is located only minutes from Broken Bow Lake, fly fishing, river floats, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. Behind the cabin is a large rustic firepit made from fallen pines. It is the perfect place to tell ghost stories, roast marshmallows, or just sit and gaze at the night sky. Wood is complimentary.

During the chilly fall and winter seasons, curling up to a cozy fire by the rock fireplace can bring a level of relaxation we all dream of.The cabin sleeps six comfortably having two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, along with a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. There are two full sized bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway.Wood is complimentary with each stay. Also, for those of you who wish to watch television you can tune in to the local cable with more than 40 stations. The fully furnished kitchen also provides the comfort of home with an oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Every utensil needed for cooking indoors or out is provided. The breakfast bar is a great place to sit and enjoy a light snack or that grilled trout you just pulled out of the Lower Mountain Fork River. A full sized dining table that seats up to nine is located in the dining area.

Just out the back door, you'll find a five person, 400 gallon hot tub with a clear view of the stars at night or the beautiful trees and wildlife during the day. The hot tub is located on the bottom level of the three level deck. Along with the relaxing hot tub, a charcoal grill, and several built in benches can be used for your comfort.

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
