Little Cabin in the Big Woods is a great getaway for couples and small families. It has one full bathroom and one bedroom, but will accommodate up to six people with two sleeper futons. The cabin, located a short distance from the state park and Broken Bow Lake, is situated on a 1/2 acre lot. The backyard adjoins US Forest Service land, so there is no limit to the exploring and views of nature. Construction on this cabin was completed in late October 2003. The cabin, which features a cathedral ceiling, is equipped with everything you'll need for your vacation. All the fresh linens and towels are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to cook a full meal. The cabin also includes a television\vcr\DVD with local cable provided. Spend a fall or winter weekend next to the wood burning fireplace. The firewood is complimentary. The front and back decks are both covered, so you can enjoy your stay regardless of the weather conditions. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed either.

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
