Luna Vista offers the ultimate in seclusion, comfort and class. The cabin is located on 10 acres in the Ouachita Mountains, surrounded by US National Forest Service Land which is bordered by Three Rivers Wildlife Management land and Beavers Bend Resort Park. It is a two-story cabin with an outstanding view of the forested mountains and valleys. The cabin is located deep in the woods, near the southern entrance to Beavers Bend Resort Park. Luna Vista has fine furnishings housed in rich walnut stained pine walls and floors.

Luna Vista has two bedrooms, a sleeping loft and two bathrooms. The first story features one queen bedroom, one bathroom (with a shower), the kitchen, two-story great room, game table and dining area. The sofa in the great room folds out into a queen-sized bed. DirecTV satellite television is available on the wide-screen plasmas in both the great room and master bedroom; there is also satellite TV in the queen bedroom. The upstairs includes the master bedroom with propane fireplace, a bathroom that features an antique claw-foot bath tub, the sleeping loft and second story balcony.

The loft features a daybed with a twin-trundle that can be used as two twins for children or may be converted to one king-sized bed for couples. You'll enjoy views of wildlife and mountain scenery from the covered gazebo or expansive outdoor balcony & deck with 8 person therapeutic Jacuzzi Hot tub. This cabin is well over 1/2 mile from a neighbor. A large charcoal grill is provided in the gazebo, but you will need to bring the charcoal. The hot tub is located outside with a wonderful view of the stars in the evenings. All the fresh linens and towels are provided. STRICT no Pets, no smoking policy.

Policies

*Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

*A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve.

*Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit.

*Valid credit card needed to hold reservation.

*Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted.

*14-day notice required on cancellations.

*Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate.

*Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay.

*No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge.

*No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge.

*Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March).

*All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay.

*Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation.

* Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation.

*In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages.

*Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
