Mendicino Manor is a cabin built with large families in mind. It's located near Beavers Bend State Park, near the US 259 A southern entrance.

A two-story cabin, Mendicino Manor features three private bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The downstairs includes two full bedrooms, each with one queen-sized bed. There are two bathrooms downstairs, as well as a full kitchen, fireplace, eating area, laundry room and great room. The great room features a towering fireplace, plus a television with DVD and VHS capabilities. Local cable is provided, as is wood for the fireplace. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is also downstairs. The upstairs has a loft with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a separate bedroom with a king-sized apsen bed. Access to the full bathroom can be gained from both the loft and the bedroom. Construction on this cabin was completed in November, 2004. All the fresh linens and towels are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to cook a full meal. Mendicino Manor is surrounded by a covered porch on all four sides. It has a 5-person hot tub located outside on the deck. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed either.

 

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.   Rates (Sleeps 10 - Maximum Occupancy) Weekdays: Sunday-Thursday: $300.00 per night Weekends/Holidays: $325.00 per night
