Cabin is located 30 minutes from the Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake Area

River Ridge is a large, two-level cabin that sits on the bank of the Lower Mountain Fork River. Enjoy the sounds and scenery of the river while relaxing on one of the many levels of the deck.

Upstairs includes two seperate bedrooms, one full bathroom, the kitchen and great room. The television is upstairs. The downstairs has bedroom and another great room with a pool table.River Ridge has a large deck that extends into the Mountain Fork River. You can fish from the deck, as well as tie up a canoe. The cabin has central heat and air. the cabin is located 20 minutes southeast of Broken Bow and 30 minutes southeast of Beavers Bend State Park.

 

 

Policies *Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. *A $50 non-refundable deposit is required, per cabin, to reserve. *Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. *Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. *Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted. *14-day notice required on cancellations. *Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged a one-night rate. *Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 4pm of arrival date will be considered a no-show and will be charged for full stay. *No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be a $100 charge. *Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (late October through mid March). *All holiday reservations require a minimum three-night stay. No check-in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All other reservations require a minimum 2-night stay. *Your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount Seven (7) days prior to check in. If cash payment is used, arrangements must be made at time of reservation. * Inclement weather does not constitute a valid cancellation. *In order to receive the proper refund, all cancellations require a confirmation number. This number is obtained by speaking directly to the reservation manager. Absolutely no cancellations can be made by email or phone messages. *Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges. Rates (Sleeps 6 - Maximum Occupancy) Weekdays: Sunday-Thursday: $225.00 per night Friday - Saturday/Holidays: $250.00 per night
