"Water's Edge" is about 10 feet from a small pond, and guests tell us the sound of the frogs at night is amazing. Enjoy a meal on the deck overlooking the pond, or at the picnic table nearby. East of this cabin is about 30 private acres of nothing but woods, trails and a creek (sometimes dry in the heat of the summer). People who really want to see wildlife might take an early morning walk. We've considered putting up game cameras here so guests can see the deer coming right up to the cabin, as they often do.
